| 摘 要： | 通过工艺流程、设备、运行等方面的分析,对综合法和中压法生产稀硝酸进行比较,证实中压法生产稀硝酸在工艺上较完善,设备投资省,运行费用低。通过实际运行,40 kt/a中压法稀硝酸生产装置各项消耗指标均优于综合法。

| Abstract: | By an analysis of process flow, equipment and operation a comparison is made of the integrated and medium-pressure processes for the production of dilute nitric acid. It is proved that the medium-pressure process is better in technology, its investment in equipment less, and its operating cost low, After actual operation, all the consumption figures of a production unit of 40 kt/a of dilute nitric acid by the medium-pressure process are less than those of the integrated process. |
