旋流式内消能工研究综述

摘    要:对国内外的旋流式内消能工研究作了简要介绍并进行了评述。认为旋流式内消能工是解决高坝水力设计中高水头、大流量条件下泄水建筑物的安全和充分消能问题的新思维、新途径。旋流式内消能工是利用水流在泄水道中作大范围的旋转运动把下泄水流能量在泄水道内部进行大量消煞,使出流流速大大降低,从而保证建筑物的安全和下游良好的衔接条件。它具有结构简单、布置灵活、消能率高等优点,应用该种新型内消能工可将高水头水利枢纽工程中施工导流洞改建为永久泄洪洞。

Abstract:This paper has given a brief introduction and comments on existing literature concerningvortex flow inner Energy Dissipator(VFIED).In this paper,it is considered that the VFIED is a newidea and also a new method in solving the problems appearing in high dams hydraulic design on highhead ,such as outlet structure safety and full dissipation in large discharge. VFIED utilizes the motiva-tion of rotation flow of wide scope in the sluicing to dissipate the flow energy greatly. The velocity ofthe outflow is lowered.These ensure the dam safty and good connection with the downstream. VFIEDhas the advance properties of simple structure ,flexible layout ,high dissipation rate and so on.Theapplication of VFIED makes it posssible to reconstruct the diversion tunnel into permanent dischargetunnel in high head conservacy projects.
