| 摘 要： | 采用液膜脱硫醇组合工艺,对中国石化西安石化分公司的液化气脱硫醇装置进行了技术改造。工业应用表明,精制液化气的含硫总量由改造前的170 mg/m3下降到60 mg/m3以下,产品铜片腐蚀合格率由30%~40%提高到100%,液化气碱渣达到零排放。改造后单元操作成本每年下降约58万元。

| Abstract: | Liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) removing mercaptan unit in Xi'an Petrochemical Company was revamped by using liquid film process.The results showed that the content of total sulphur in refined LPG declined from 170mg/m3 to 60mg/m3,pass precent of the product corrosion resistance of copper piece was improved from 30%-40% to 100%,and the discharge of alkaline residue was zero.After revamping,the unit operation cost was decreased by 580 thousands yuan per year. |
