摘    要:将小波奇异性理论运用到高速电主轴振动信号处理中,分析了如何进行小波奇异性信号重构的方法,提出了电主轴振动信号奇异性检测算法。构建了电主轴信号测试与处理系统。根据小波变换后信号与噪声在各尺度空间呈现的不同特性,对小波逆变换信号重构,提取了高速电主轴振动信号特征。仿真实验表明,利用小波奇异性对电主轴振动信号进行处理,能够去除噪声对加工过程监控系统的影响,同时还可以对机械故障信号进行预测,达到了提高电主轴使用寿命的目的。

Abstract:To apply the theory of wavelet singularity in the vibration signal processing of the high-speed motor spindle,the reconstruction method of the wavelet singularity signal was analyzed,and an algorithm to detect the vibration signal singularity of the motor spindle was proposed. A testing and signal processing system was built for the motor spindle. According to the different characteristics of the signals and noises at every scale space after the wavelet transform,the signal reconstruction by the inverse wavelet transform extracted the vibration signal characteristics of the motor spindle. Simulation results show that the proposed signal processing method can remove the effect of the noise on the machining process monitoring system,predict the mechanical failure signal,and extend the lifespan of the motor spindle.
