高速轿车子午线轮胎胎冠胶配方的研究

摘    要:采用以溶聚丁苯橡胶(S-SBR)为主的配合体系进行高速轿车子午线轮胎胎冠胶的配方研究。结果表明,S-SBR胶料的硬度、定伸应力和撕裂强度较高,扯断伸长率也可保持一定水平,胶料的温升、滚动阻力和动态变形较小,抗湿滑性较好,磨耗性能可保持在较高的水平;成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能良好,行驶温度较低。

Abstract:The crown compound of speed radial car tire based on S SBR was investigated.The results showed that the crown compound with the higher hardness,modulus,tear strength and abrasion resistance,the acceptable elongation at break,and the lower heat build up,rolling resistance and dynamic deformation were obtained by using S SBR;and the finished tire gave better speed performance and endurance,and lower operating temperature.
