清梳联有关技术问题的实践与分析

通过调研、试验和有关资料的统计分析 ,就当前清梳联流程中各工艺单机的配备及变革、质量指标进行了分析 ;就清梳联的棉结变化规律、短绒、生条重量不匀率、技术经济效益及使用管理与技术服务等问题进行了研讨 ,并指出国产清梳应加强研究 ,提高单机性能和自动化控制水平 ,努力提高半制品和成纱质量水平。

Technical Problems Analyses of Domestic Blowing-carding Unit

Based on survey research, test and statistical analysis of correlated data, the configuration of single machines in the blowing-carding process and their development and quality indexes are discussed. The problems of blowing-carding unit such as regularity of nep derivation, short fiber, weight unevenness of sliver, technical economic effect,usage management and technical service are discussed. The research of domestic blowing-carding unit should be strengthened, and the property and automatic controlling level of single machine should be upraised to improve the quality level of yarn and semi finished products.
