高效液相色谱法同时测定废水中的久效磷、甲基对硫磷及辛硫磷农药残留的研究

摘    要:采用国产高分子多孔微球-GDX系列吸附富集,用反相HPLC技术对水体中久效磷、甲基对硫磷和辛硫磷农药残留进行了同时测定。三种不同型号色谱固定相:GDX-102、GDX-301及GDX-501对水体中ppb级久效磷、甲基对硫磷和辛硫磷的富集效率分别达到85%、93%和91%以上。采用μ-BonddapakC18作固定相、极性溶剂甲醇-水(70:30)作为流动相,流速在0.4~0.8mL/min范围内对题示三种有机磷的分离度达到1.2以上。用于水体中有机磷残留进行分析,结果令人满意。

Abstract:A method involving enrichment with macropotous polymeric microrphere of GDX series and analysis of m onoctotophos, d imethwte and methyl peathi on in Waste Water by h igh performance liquid chromatopaphy has been developed. GDX-102,GDX-301 and GDX-501 were used to enrich ppm level of m on co r ot ophos, d imeth oate and meth yl peathi on in wane water and the recovertes were 85%, 82% and 93% resistively. The influences of the compeition of mobile Phase and the effluent velocity on the resolution were investigated. The results of this method are peallel with that from GC method.
