| 摘 要： | 对健康长江评价指标体系中一个重要的指标—水资源开发利用率进行了初步研究。选择重要的关键因素建立评价指标体系对长江流域及典型区域的水资源开发利用现状进行了综合评价与分析。对长江流域及各主要水系的水资源可利用量进行分析,研究水资源可开发利用率。在以上研究的基础上,对长江流域的水资源开发利用率健康参考值进行研究,分析长江流域及典型区域水资源开发利用率指标对应的河流健康状况。
