锤刀表面硬质合金覆层的性能及失效机理分析

摘    要:在去毛刺机锤刀表面制备了硬质合金覆层,研究了锤刀表面硬质覆层的硬度及磨损形貌,并对其失效机理进行了分析研究,指出锤刀表面硬质合金覆层的主要失效机理是热载荷作用下的裂纹扩展。

Abstract:The hard alloy cladding was prepared on the surface of hammer tool of burr removing machine.The hardness and wear appearance of the hard alloy cladding were investigated,and the failure mechanism of this hard alloy cladding was analyzed.It is found that the main failure mechanism of the hard alloy cladding is crack propagation under the effect of heat loads.
