| 摘 要： | 现有的软件人才培养模式不能满足软件服务外包产业的要求,提出由校企共同制定培养方案的"双主体211"人才培养模式,在软件服务外包人才培养方面取得了良好的效果。并介绍了该模式下的人才培养方案、课程体系、实践教学体系和师资队伍建设情况。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes current training mode is difficult to satisfy the needs of software service outsourcing industry. We propose a school-enterprise cooperation“double subject two-one-one”personnel training mode, in which training scheme is made together by school and enterprise, and archive very good effect in software service outsourcing personnel training. The per-sonnel training scheme, course system, practical teaching system and teaching staff construction of this mode is also introduced in this paper. |
