摘    要:目的:探讨低温等离子在慢性扁桃体炎手术切除术中的应用效果。方法将314例慢性扁桃体炎患者按手术治疗方法不同分为3组:A 组105例采用传统扁桃体切除术;B 组120例采用高频电刀扁桃体切除术;C 组89例采用低温等离子扁桃体切除术。观察3组术中和术后出血量、手术时间以及术后疼痛发生情况。结果术中出血量和术后疼痛评分 C 组均明显低于 A 组、B 组(P <0.05);手术时间 C 组、B 组均明显低于 A 组(P <0.05),C 组与 B 组比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);3组术后出血量比较差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论低温等离子扁桃体切除术在各种扁桃体切除术中具有手术时间短、术中出血量少和术后疼痛轻等优点,是扁桃体切除术的理想方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy of coblation in tonsillectomy.Methods A total of 314 patients with chronic tonsillitis were treated with conventional tonsillectomy(group A,n =105),high frequency electrosurgical tonsillectomy(group B,n = 120),or coblation tonsillectomy (group C,n=89).Intraoperative and postoperative blood loss,operation time and postoperative pain were compared among the three groups.Results Compared with group C,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative pain significantly increased in group A and group B(P 〈0.05).Com-pared with group A,operation time significantly decreased in group B and group C(P 〈0.05).No significant differences in operation time were found between group B and group C(P 〈0.05).In addition,there were no significant differences in postoperative blood loss among the three groups (P 〈0.05).Conclusion Coblation tonsillectomy is an ideal surgical treatment for tonsillitis with advantages of shorter operation time and less intraoperative blood loss and postoperative pain.
