无氰解吸载金炭工艺研究

摘    要:本文根据活性炭吸附基本理论,提出无氰解吸载金炭的新工艺,利用蒸气迥流原理,选择水/试剂 E 为解吸剂,使解吸时间缩短为两小时,解吸率突破现有国内外水平,炭残留金量<30g/t.

Abstract:According to the basic theory of the activated carbon adsorption,this paper suggests a new technology of cyanic-free desorption.Using the principle of the vapor reflux,the water/reagent E is selected as a desorption reagent which results in the reduction of absorption time to 2 hours.The percen- tage desorption makes a break-through on domestic and international level at present.The quantities of residual gold on the carbon is 30g/t.
