ABO_3/CaO的CO催化氧化特性与烧炭动力学

摘    要:制备了负载型钙钛矿型复合氧化物ABO3/CaO(A和B位分别由两种不同组份调变)系列催化剂,采用X-光衍射分析仪、固定床微型反应装置和热重分析仪对其物相结构、CO催化氧化能力和烧炭助燃性能进行了系统的表征和评价。结果表明,此催化剂的CO氧化活性在高温区略低于现行的铂系助燃剂,而烧炭速度和去焦能力却优于铂系助燃剂。根据这些试验结果对表观烧炭动力学进行了初步探讨,证明当加入此催化剂时,在分子筛含炭量较高的烧炭初期,催化烧炭过程符合一级动力学方程,给出了烧炭表观动力学常数。

Abstract:A series of CaO supported perovskite ABO 3/CaO were prepared by impregnation and decomposition of salts The catalytic properties of CO oxidation and carbon combustion were investigated using XRD,TG and fix bed micro reactor.The results show that the high temperature catalytic activities of CO oxidation is slightly inferior to that of the currently used Pt containing promoter while the carbon combustion rate is superior to that of the promoter containing Pt. On the basis of these observation,the kinetics of catalytic carbon combustion was investigated. Some kinetics data are presented.
