现代水库洪水调度系统研究

摘    要:国家防汛抗旱总指挥部办公室自1998年以来,组织有关院校、科研单位以及有关部门研究开发出水库洪水调度系统标准化“开发模板”,并进行了现实水库(群)洪水调度系统建设与开发试点。该系统经过1998年、1999年两个汛期的运行,其系统运行稳定,功能齐全,操作简单,使用方便,预报精度优良,调度方案合理,并在实际使用中取得了显著的经济效益。

Abstract:Since 1998, the State Flood Control and Drought Resistance Headquarters' Office has organized relevant universities and research institutes to work out standard "development templet" of the Reservoir Flood Regulation System (RSRS) and pilot work has been conducted for modern reservoir (s) flood regulation system construction and development. After the system operated in two flood seasons of 1998 and 1999, the system has been proved with characteristics of stable operation, complete function, simple practice, accurate forecasting, rational regulation plan. Also, prominent economic benefits have been achieved in practice.
