摘 要: | 研究了木质磺酸盐、磺化三聚氰胺甲醛和萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物3种(类)减水剂对铝酸盐水泥(CA50)胶砂的减水率、初凝时间、终凝时间、耐压强度和抗折强度的影响。结果表明:上述减水剂对同一牌号的铝酸盐水泥的减水作用无差异;木质磺酸盐类减水剂对铝酸盐水泥的缓凝作用较强,磺化三聚氰胺甲醛的减水率最高,有促凝作用;3种(类)减水剂均使铝酸盐水泥胶砂的早期强度有所下降,其中萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物的下降幅度最大。

Effects of water-reducing agents on constructive property of aluminate cements |

Abstract: | The effects of three water-reducing agents including lignosulphonate,sulfonated melamine-formaldehyde and naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde on water-reducing ratio,initial setting time,final setting time, compressive strength and modulus of rupture of aluminate cements were studied.The study results showed that the water-reducing effects of water-reducing agent on the same brand aluminate cements had no obvious differences;lignosulphonate could lengthen the setting time of the cement,and the cement with sulfonated melamine-formaldehyde had the highest water-reducing ratio and short setting time.All of the three water-reducing agents decreased the initial strength of the cements,of which,naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde decreased the strength most. |
