聚氧乙烯苄基氯化铵在钢铁表面的吸附及缓蚀性能研究

摘    要:采用苄基氯合成了聚氧乙烯苄基氯化铵(PBAC)。用红外光谱法、元素分析和折光法对其结构和组成进行了表征。用失重法、极化曲线法研究了PBAC在HCl、H2S和NaCl溶液中对20#碳钢的缓蚀行为,通过吸附理论和共吸附模型及热力学方法分析了PBAC在钢铁表面的吸附行为,表明PBAC对钢铁有显著的缓蚀效果。

Abstract:Polyoxyethylene benzyl ammonium chloride(PBAC) was synthesized from benzel chloride.Its corrosion inhibition for 20~# carbon steel in H_2S,HCl and NaCl solutions was examined by using weight loss and polarization curve methods.The adsorpion bihavior of PBAC on steel surface was analyzed by using adsorption theory and co-adsorption model as well as adsorption thermodynamic theory.It was showed that PBAC attained good inhibition effect.
