摘    要: 通过显微组织和断口分析并与化学成分分析和力学性能测试相结合的方法,研究了H13钢铸态组织特征、碳化物类型和分布对等向性能的影响。结果表明:在冷却过程中,H13钢铸锭会产生严重的宏观元素偏析,在铸锭的个别区域,特别是最后凝固的中心区域,出现的少量不平衡亚稳定共晶碳化物、宏观偏析严重的铸态组织经变形而形成的带状组织、缓慢冷却形成的二次碳化物网是影响H13钢等向性的主要因素。

Abstract:The effects of as cast microstructure and the type and distribution of carbide were studied by means of microstructure and fracture morphologic analysis together with the measurement of chemical composition and mechanical properties. From the experiment it may be concluded that severe macrosegregation occurred in the ingot of H13 steel during the cooling process, and small amount of metastable eutectic carbide exists in some local area, especially the central region solidified last. After deformation, the as cast microstructure with severe macrosegregation is elongated into banded microstructure; Secondary carbide network can be formed during slow cooling. These metastable eutectic carbide, banded microstructure and secondary carbide network are the main factors affecting isotropy of H13 hot die steel.
