无线网络在焊管生产线精整区运管车设计中的应用

摘    要:介绍了一种焊管生产线精整区新型无线运管车的组成结构、工作原理及设备选型。针对先前拖链运管车的弊端,在拖链运管车的基础上引进了主电源滑线和滑线夹成套设备方案,应用无线通讯PROFINET技术,从根源消除了拖链和电源通讯线缆在运管车行进中带来的故障隐患,彻底摆脱了行进距离对拖链的约束,大幅减少了设备的日常维护量。新型无线运管车在焊管生产线的实际使用中表明,设备故障发生率降低,性能稳定可靠。

Abstract:In this article, it introduced structure composition, working principle and equipment selection of a kind of new wireless pipe conveying cart in welded pipe production line finishing area. Aiming at disadvantages of previous drag chain pipe conveying cart, the main power supply in slide line and slide clamp were introduced on basis of drag chain pipe conveying cart, and the PROFINET wireless communication technology was applied. This technology eliminates the hidden trouble caused by the drag chain and the power communication cables when the pipe conveying cart is running from the roo4 and thoroughly eliminates the problem that the drag chain is restrained by the distance, as well as greatly reduces daily maintenance of the equipment. The practical application result indicated that the equipment failure rate of this kind of new wireless pipe conveying cart is low, and its performance is stable and reliable.
