摘    要:开发的液硫脱气及废气处理新工艺,采用硫回收装置自产的净化尾气作为液硫脱气鼓泡的气源,将脱气废气引入尾气加氢反应器处理。制硫反应器采用LS-981多功能制硫催化剂和氧化铝基催化剂合理级配,尾气处理采用LSH-03低温耐氧高活性加氢催化剂与MS-300进口胺液。工业应用结果表明:液硫脱气后H2S含量小于10μL/L,烟气SO2排放浓度小于100 mg/m3,率先达到国际领先水平。

Abstract:New liquid sulfur degasification and waste gas by adopting purge off - gas produced by sulfur recovery unit as gasification bubbling, leading degassing waste gas into tion. Reasonable gradation of muhifunctional sulfur production treatment process was developed gas source of the liquid sulfur de- off- gas hydrogenation reac- catalyst LS- 981 and aluminum oxide base catalyst was adopted in the side reactor. Low temperature oxygen -resistant and high reactivity hydrogenation catalyst LSH -03 and import MS -300 amine liquid were adopted to treat off- gas. The industrial application results showed that content of H2S in the liquid sulfur was less than 10 uL/L after degasification, concentration of SO2 in discharged exhaust gas was less than 100 mg/m3 , which was the first to reach the international top level.
