反向SRVCC切换控制技术研究

摘    要:随着LTE/SAE移动网络的发展,VoLTE将成为下一代全IP移动网络和业务融合的关键。如何保证语音业务在LTE和已有网络之间的连续性,已经成为一个亟需解决的问题。rSRVCC作为SRVCC技术的补充方案,主要用于解决从UTRAN/GERAN到E—UTRAN的语音切换问题。在比较3GPP提出的多种rSRVCC技术方案基础上,重点对基于IMS的ATCF媒体锚定方案的控制流程进行了分析和研究。最后,结合终端的支持情况对ACTF方案存在的问题提出了解决思路和系统优化方案。

Abstract:With the development of LTE/SAE mobile network, VoLTE would become the key point of next -generation all-IP mobile network and service integration. How to ensure voice service continuity between LTE and the existing network is now a problem demanding prompt solution. As a supplementary program of SRVCC, rSRVCC is mainly used to solve the voice handover from UTRAN/GERAN to E-UTRAN. Based on the comparison of various rSRVCC technical implementations by 3GPP, the control flow of ATCF media anchoring solution based on IMS in serving network is emphatically analyzed and studied. Finally, in ac- cordance with the support ability of terminals, solutions and system optimization schemes are proposed to solve the problems of alternative ATCF.
