香港大型公共建筑底层架空及启示

摘    要:大型公共建筑作为城市的地标,不仅所处区位重要,而且吸发交通种类杂、数量大,往往成为城市交通的梗阻点。在祖国香港,许多大型公共建筑则利用底层架空,有效地化解了高强度土地开发所带来的交通压力,弥补了城市公共空间的缺失,强化了土地的复合集约利用。通过分析香港大型公共建筑底层架空的背景、条件和经验,探求对内地大型公共建筑规划、设计、建设和管理的有益启示,以期为和谐社会构建提供参考依据。

Abstract:The large-scale public buildings as city landmarks often become obstructive points of the city traffic due to their important location, miscellaneous and numerous traffic. By bottom overhead, many large-scale public buildings in Hong Kong resolve effectively the traffic pressure brought about by the high-intensity land development, make up for deficiencies of urban public space, and strengthen the composite intensive land use. Based on the analysis of contexts, conditions and experiences on bottom overhead of the large-scale public buildings in Hong Kong, this paper summarizes the enlightenment for planning, design, construction and management of the large-scale public buildings in other cities of China, and provides reference for the harmonious society building.
