大跨斜放井字梁楼盖结构分析与设计

摘    要:井字梁楼盖在纵横方向均具有较大刚度,易于获取较大空间,在公共建筑中较常采用,但相对正放井字梁而言,斜放井字梁楼盖应用较少。文章通过三个实际工程案例表明,在某些特定项目中,只要控制好结构尺寸,分析准确,采取相应的结构加强措施,采用大跨斜放井字梁楼盖能够确保结构安全,且传力比正放时更为合理,能有效增加建筑净高,具有更好的建筑美感,能够取得较好的综合效益。最后探讨了大跨斜放井字梁楼盖的尺寸确定原则、梁系布置原则和设计要点,并提出了大跨斜放井字梁楼盖施工注意事项。

nalysis and Design for Large-span Diagonal Cross Beam Floor Structure
Abstract:Cross beam floor in both vertical and horizontal directions has great stiffness, easy to obtain a larger space, and is often used in public build-ings, but diagonal cross beams are less adopted compared with the normal ones. Based on three practical cases, it shows that in certain projects, as long as the structure size is well controlled, the analysis is accurate and corresponding strengthening measures are adopted, the large-span diagonal cross beam floor can better ensure structure safety and give more reasonable stress, which can effectively enhance the building height, present better building beauty and offer better comprehensive benefit. The determination principles, layout principles and design points for large-span diagonal cross beam floor are discussed, with construction tips presented.
