摘    要:利用杂文、寓言及网络上广为流传的管理学故事进行”管理学”课堂教学,言简意赅、形象生动地阐述管理中的组织目标、激励、沟通、控制、风险等几大问题的重要性及其原理,既激发了学习者的兴趣,又精简了课堂讲授时间和内容,起到事半功倍之效,还能活跃课堂氛围,令人印象深刻,学而受益。

Abstract:Using the essays, fables and widely-circulated story of management on the network to carry out classroom teaching of management can briefly and vividly explain the importance and principles of organizational goals, motivation, communication, control and risk in management. This can both motivate the learners' interest and simplify the teaching time and content, which has the effect of getting twice the result with half the effort. Also, it can activate classroom atmosphere and learn better.
