共混聚酯纤维仿真丝的研究

摘    要:由ECDP与PET共混制得的改性聚酯纤维,其染色性、吸湿性、抗静电等功能均较PET纤维有明显改善,加有添加剂后,共混聚酯纤维的物理——力学性质更近似于蚕丝,且可微孔化,是一种新型的仿真丝纤维材料.本文还对ECDP/PET共混体系的相溶性、结晶性能、可纺性等作了较系统的基础研究,为优化成形条件、提高成品质量提供理论依据.

Abstract:The dyeability, the moisture absorption and the antielectrostatic pro-perties of the modified PET fibre, which is made from ECDP/PET blend,has been greatly improved. If additional agent is added, the physical-me-chanical properties of the modified PET fibre can even more approximateto that of silk fibre, and its sureface can be made into tine-hole. Therefore,it is a new type of the silh-like fiber materials.We also made a systematic study in this paper on the mutual solubility,the crystallisability and the spinnability of ECDP/PET blend and providetheory foundation for determining the spinning paramater and raising thequality of fibre.
