水刀高强度的复合高压缸设计

摘    要:通过对水刀中承受超高压的元件--高压缸受力特性的综合分析,推导出高压缸在复合交变载荷作用下应力和应变的变化规律,给出了影响高压缸寿命和强度的因素,提出为提高水刀高压缸寿命和强度采用复合套装高压缸的设计依据和计算方法。

Abstract:According to analyzing strained condition of surperhigh pressure cylinder,the transformation rules of stress-strain are deduced while it is effected by compound load. Some factors of its natural life andintension are pointed out. The method of calculating and the principle of designing are summarised.
