| 摘 要： | 本论文就PLC伺服系统在注-吹塑料中空成型机上的设计和应用进行初步探讨，重点介绍了注-吹塑料中空成型机的硬件功能、工作原理以及控制系统PLC部分的硬件配置的应用，并详细分析了电气控制系统的软件设计过程。在控制系统设计中，采用PLC、伺服马达、A／D模拟量转数字量、D／A数字量转模拟量、触摸屏，系统的自动化程度较高。
