高压变频器谐波抑制措施的仿真研究

摘    要:分析了PWM高压变频器谐波成分产生的机理和当变频器接上长输出电缆时对电机的影响。对6000V/2250kW电机的仿真研究发现,在24脉波整流/三电平逆变的高压变频器中,设置共模电抗器,并将整流器中性点、直流侧中间点、输出滤波器中性点和三电平逆变器箝位点相连,再通过小电阻和系统地连接的这一新型拓扑结构,可以有效地抑制谐波电压对高压变频器的不良影响。

Abstract:In this paper, the principle of harmonic generation in a PWM adjustable speed drive (ASD) system and the influence of the long cable outlet have been analyzed A novel topology is presented including 24-pulse rectifier, three-level inverter, etc. In the topology, neutral points of the rectifier, the DC-link, the output filter, and the neutral clamped point of the three-level inverter are got together and merged into the ASD's grounding via a low resistance. Based on the simulation results, an important conclusion can be drawn that the presented topology is effective to eliminate harmonic.
