结合治淮开展两淮矿区采煤沉陷区综合治理探讨

针对两淮煤炭基地采煤沉陷的有关情况,以及采煤沉陷对农村经济社会发展和水利工程建设的影响,统筹兼顾新农村建设和治淮水利工程建设,对两淮煤炭基地采煤沉陷区的综合治理问题进行了探讨,研究提出了统筹该区域煤炭开采与水利建设、农村经济发展对采煤沉陷区进行综合治理的总体思路和有关建议。
