| Abstract: | The process of MODEL KDN-1000/200Y high-purity nitrogen equipment is briefed,and the fault of blocking of the main heat exchanger by molecular sieve resulted from damage of air filter outlet of molecular sieve adsorber due to great fluctuation of gas consumption is analyzed in details.The temporary and the final countermeasures taken to molecular sieve adsorber for ensuring normal gas supply are described. |
