摘    要:以蛹虫苹为材料,利用蚕豆根尖细胞微核实验,探讨了蛹虫草胞内锌多糖对丝裂霉素(MMC)诱发的蚕豆根尖细胞微核的影响。结果表明:胞内锌多糖对蚕豆根尖细胞微核的产生具有显著的抑制作用,且胞内锌多糖抑制微核产生的能力随胞内锌多糖浓度增加而增强.当胞内锌多糖浓度为100ug/mL时,抑制MMC诱发的蚕豆根尖细胞微核率最高到达59.56%。蛹虫草胞内锌多糖具有显著抑制蚕豆根尖细胞微核产生的能力。

Abstract:With Cordyceps militaris as material,micronucleus of Vicia faba root tip cells was tested,discussing effects of intra-polysaccharide zinc-riched of Cordyceps militaris on micronucleus of Vicia faba root tip cells induced by Mitomycin-c. Results showed that:intra-polysaccharids zinc-riched of Cordyceps militaris inhibited the production of micronucleus of Vicia faba root tip cells significantly.
