摘    要:近年来对地沟油快速检测技术的研究取得了很大进展,同时,为彻底解决地沟油回流餐桌的问题,其资源化利用也取得了一些有效的研究成果。本文从原理、所获成果、推广潜力等角度对地沟油各种检测技术进行了分析,对利用地沟油制造生物柴油、生物破乳剂等资源化利用现状进行了阐述,并就其发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Recently fast monitoring of restaurant waste oil has made much research progress,in the meantime,more on resource utilization can be made to resolve the problem of restaurant waste oil returning to dinning tables. This paper analyzed on a variety of monitoring technologies from respect of principle,achievements,the promotion potential and so on,elaborated the current statues of biodiesel,biodemulsifier and other industrial products from restaurant waste oil,and forecasted the development future.
