辛夷的提取、应用及其品质评价研究进展

摘    要:介绍了辛夷的主要化学成分并对其进行了品质评价,阐述了其在药材、香精原料、保健食品等领域的应用,并总结了目前挥发油提取和分析的方法。辛夷作为药材可利用包合技术对其功效进行改善,而作为香精原料则可应用在食品加工、高档卷烟、日常生活及化妆品等各方面。辛夷的应用前景广阔,一个统一的品质控制及评价标准将会更有利于体现其潜在的应用价值。

Abstract:The main chemical ingredients of Magnolia were introduced,and its quality was evaluated.Its application in the fields such as medicine,essence and health food were described,and the current method of extraction and analysis of volatile oil was proposed.As the ingredient of medicine,the function and efficacy of magnolia can be improved by inclusion technology,while as raw ingredients of essence,it can be used in food processing,high-grade cigarette,daily life,cosmetics and so on.There is a broad prospect in ...
