摘    要:我国枇杷产量占世界的70%,枇杷花资源非常丰富。枇杷花含有丰富的类黄酮、类胡萝卜素、齐墩果酸、熊果酸、苦杏仁苷等生物活性成分,具有十分重要的保健、营养价值和广阔的开发前景。从药理作用、生物活性成分研究等方面,综述了近年来枇杷花的研究进展,并对未来研究方向进行了分析评价。

Abstract:Loquat(Eriobotrya japonica Lindl. )was an evergreen fruit produced in subtropical region. China had about 70% of the world loquat yield,which provided a large quantity of loquat flowers. The flower had abundant bioactive constituents,such as flavonoid,carotenoid,oleanolic acid,ursolic acid,amygdalin etc. The recent research developments of the loquat flowers were reviewed.
