摘    要:代谢组学作为系统生物学的一支,已被广泛应用到各个研究领域。主要简述了代谢组学技术及其在食品质量和产地来源鉴别中的应用,通过分析表明:代谢组学技术在食品质量检测、食品产地来源鉴别等方面有着很好的应用前景。但在实际应用中仍存有问题,有待进一步深入研究。

Abstract:Metabolomics which as one of the systems biology has been widely applied to various fields of study. Primarily briefly outlined the metabonomics technology and the application of metabonlmics technology in food quality and identification of food origin. The analysis showed that:metabonomics had favorable the applying prospects in the valuation of food quality,the identification of food origin and so on. However,there were many problems in practice,which needed to be further in-depth study.
