甲壳素超微粉碎辅助制备D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐

摘    要:研究了甲壳素超微粉碎辅助制备D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐(GAH)的工艺。对HCl浓度、反应时间、反应温度和液料比进行单因素考察,根据考察结果进行Box-Benhnken中心组合设计,利用响应面分析法优化工艺参数,然后进行验证实验,并将该工艺条件与传统GAH制备工艺比较。结果表明,甲壳素超微粉碎辅助制备GAH的较佳工艺为:HCl浓度8.8mol/L、液料比4.2∶1(mL∶g)、反应时间3.6h、反应温度83.0℃。此条件下GAH得率为74.82%,与理论值基本相符。与传统制备工艺相比,新工艺反应条件更加温和,同时GAH得率提高了14.77%。
