摘    要:核酸扩增是生命科学领域最具价值的工具之一,在临床微生物检测、传染性疾病以及基因诊断方面具有独特的应用价值。传统的检测方法均存在一定的局限性,因此基于核酸扩增的检测方法具有广阔的应用前景。环介导恒温核酸扩增法(loop-mediatedisothermalamplificationofDNA,简称LAMP)是一种新型的核酸扩增方法,由于其特异性和灵敏度高、简便快捷且成本低廉,因此在可预见的将来,LAMP技术将在核酸扩增领域逐渐取代PCR反应,推动检测技术向更快捷简便,更精确廉价的方向发展。
