苯酚-硫酸法测定海湾扇贝多糖方法的研究

摘    要:以葡萄糖为标准品,优化苯酚-硫酸法测定海湾扇贝多糖含量的条件,并对该法的精密度、加标回收率等进行了研究,得出最佳显色条件为:苯酚用量1.0mL,浓硫酸用量5.0mL,室温放置30min,在480nm处测定吸光度。结果表明.此方法是测定海湾扇贝多糖含量的一种稳定性好、回收率高的简便方法。

Abstract:To optimize the condition of determining polysaccharides content by phenol-sulfuric acid method,using glucose as the standard sample. The precision and the recovery rate were studied,the better condition was as follows:1.0mL 6% solution of phenol,sulfuric acid 5.0mL,room-temperature for 30min,the absorbency rate was tested in wavelength 480nm. The result showed that the method can be used to determine the argopectens irradias polysaccharides simply and accurately.
