| 摘 要： | 留学生教育对促进上海的“四个中心”建设具有重要的战略意义。目前，在良好政策环境下，上海的留学生数量逐年递增，教育结构、层次不断改善。在肯定成绩的同时，上海还应进一步完善政策环境，大力改进专业课程设置，改革教育教学方法，建立留学生社会支持体系，不断提高留学生教育的规模和质量。

Great achievements have been made already. Yet, there are still some problems in it. This paper mainly discusses the prob- lems and tries to improve the present teaching system and raise the teaching quality. |
