摘    要:该文介绍一种C^4ISR系统的效能分析方法。在分析影响C^4ISR系统效能主要因素的基础上,得到C^4ISR系统效能评价的层次结构,利用层次分析法和模糊评价法进行效能评估,从而得到C^4ISR系统效能分析的一个框架。利用该方法进行效能分析得到的结果为一个反映CaISR系统效能的三元向量,向量元素分别表示该系统被评价为“好”、“中”、“差”的概率。该方法解决了利用一般方法进行效能分析时面临的两个困难:因素重要程度的确定和因素的评价,从而能够增强C^4ISR系统效能分析的效果。

Abstract:In this paper,a method for analyzing the effectiveness of the C~4ISR system is introduced.By recognizing the main factors that influence the effectiveness of C~4ISR system,we get a hierarchic structure of the C~4ISR effectiveness,and using AHP and Fuzzy Evaluating Method,we get the frame for analyzing the effectiveness of C~4ISR system.The outcome of this method is a vector including three factors that can reflect the C~4ISR effectiveness.The factors can indicate the ratio evaluated by the C~4ISR system as "good","moderate" or "worse".This method can solve the problem that other methods cannot deal with: determining the importance of factors and evaluating every factor,and therefore can enhance the effect of the analyzing work.
