疏水单体叔丁基丙烯酰胺的合成

摘    要:用叔丁胺与丙烯酰氯胺解法合成了疏水单体叔丁基丙烯酰胺,其结构及纯度用IR和GC进行了表征。考察了丙烯酰氯与叔丁胺的物质的量比及反应时间对产物收率的影响,结果表明丙烯酰氯与叔丁胺的物质的量比为1:1.4,反应时间4h,收率可达74%,纯度99.16%。

Abstract:N-tert-butyl acrylamide was synthesized by the reaction of acryloyl chloride with n-tert-butylamine , the structure and purity was determined by IR and GC. The effect of ratio and reaction time on yield were investigated. At the same ratio, the long reaction time , the higher yield. Finally , we get a product with the yield of 74% and purity of 99.12%.
