| 摘 要： | 基于WebGIS的污染源信息管理系统利用Internet/In-tranet技术、GIS技术、数据库技术和环境保护技术,建立了完善的污染源监测与管理网络体系,实现了污染源空间信息、属性信息的综合管理和网上发布。本文首先介绍了此系统的需求目标,在此基础上阐述了系统的体系结构、系统功能和开发方案。

| Abstract: | a pollution source management system based on We- bGIS sets up a perfect pollution source monitor- network by inte- grating InternetIntranet, GIS, database and environmental protec- tion techniques.A comprehensive management of spatial and non- spatial information is implemented in this system, moreover, the information concerning the pollution source will be browsed 0n line.Based on introducing the design destinations , this paper presents the model of the structure, development scheme and function of this system. |
