区域空间格局再平衡与国家魅力景观区构建

我国区域空间格局面临发展的不平衡,如何保持经济与人口越来越集中的同时,地区之间的差异不会进一步扩大是本文试图回答的重要内容。在分析我国区域空间格局不平衡的基础上,从两个角度进行了论证,一是基于人口红利与制度红利来判断我国未来的区域空间再平衡,提出了区域空间的"π型"格局。二是从城市群之外的地区如何特色发展的角度出发,重新认识了在消费时代和国内供给侧改革背景下我国非城镇密集区的空间价值,借鉴国外的理论与实践,定义和识别了我国的"魅力景观区",并对其今后的发展提出对策建议。

REBALANCE OF REGIONAL SPATIAL PATTERN AND CONSTRUCTION OF NATIONAL ATTRACTIVE LANDSCAPE AREA

China's regional spatial pattern is facing the imbalance of development.It is the main issue of this paper to study how to avoid further disparities of regional development with growing concentration of economy and population.On the basis of the analysis of the imbalance in regional spatial pattern,it starts with two perspectives.On the one hand,based on the demographic dividend and the institutional dividend,the spatial pattern of "π" is put forward.On the other hand,from the perspective of the characteristic development mode in non-urban-agglomeration areas,the value of China's non-city-and-town concentrated area is rediscovered under the background of consumption era and domestic supply-side reform.With the foreign advanced theory and practical experience,it defines and identifies "National Attractive Landscape Area," and then proposes countermeasures and suggestions for later development.
