历史城厢地区总体城市设计的理论与方法研究探索——潍坊案例

在中国快速城镇化进程中,很多蕴含丰富历史信息和文化价值的历史城厢地区的保护和发展遇到挑战与冲击。本文结合国际理论与本土实践,从整体性的设计视角谋划历史城厢地区的未来空间模式,并以潍坊龟蛇城厢为例,综合运用数字技术方法和多种城市设计手法:包括建构城市中心体系和城市空间原型模式、运用数字历史地图构建历史城厢历史遗产系统保护网络,及经由物理环境分析、为街区活化和既有建筑改造提供依据等,深度挖掘了潍坊历史城厢地区的传统空间价值,进而探索了历史城厢地区的发展模式和城市设计理论与方法的应对策略。

RESEARCH AND EXPLORATION ON THE THEORY AND METHODS OF THE INTEGRATED URBAN DESIGN IN URBAN HISTORIC AREA: TAKING WEIFANG AS AN EXAMPLE

In the rapid process of urbanization in China,the protection and development of many urban historic areas that have long history and rich cultural values has met challenges and shocks.Based on the international theory and local practice,this paper explores the future spatial pattern of the urban historic area from the perspective of holistic design,and by taking Weifang as an example,it uses the method of digital technology and a variety of urban design techniques,such as constructing urban center system and urban space prototype model,using digital historic map to build historic heritage protection system,providing the basis for the mobilization of blocks and transformation of existing buildings through the physical environment analysis,etc.,thereby excavating the traditional spatial value of Weifang historic area,and exploring the development mode and strategies of urban design theory and methods of urban historic area.
