摘    要:根据流体力学的空气射流理论和附壁效应,结合现场实际条件在实验室对影响气幕控尘效果的因素进行了考察。实验得出了气幕发生器的喷孔直径设计为5mm、喷孔间距设计为1倍孔距、气幕风量设计为25~30m3/min比较合理。现场实际应用中为了保证气幕的控尘效果,在《煤矿安全规程》规定和现场许可的条件下,应尽量提高机载除尘器的处理风量,尽量减小压入风量,风筒出口与气幕保持比较大的距离为宜。

Simulating Test and Study of Dust Control by Air Curtain
Abstract:Study and investigation were made in the laboratory on the factors affecting the dust control effectiveness by air curtain on the basis of air jet theory and wall attachment effect of fluid mechanics and in the light of the site conditions. It was obtained from experiments that the jet hole diameter of air curtain generator should be designed as 5mm, the interval between jet holes should be twice the hole distance and the quantity of the air curtain should be 25~30 m~3/min. For ensuring the practical dust control effectiveness of the air curtain in the site, it is necessary to raise the air quantity of the machine-mounted dust collector, reduce the forced air quantity and keep a larger distance between the air duct outlet and air curtain as far as possible under the conditions stipulated in the “Safety Regulations in Coal Mine“ and permitted by the site.
