摘    要:
简要介绍了全球及我国水资源短缺的情况;指出了当前我国污水排放量巨大,处理及回收利用率很低,水环境污染及水资源浪费严重的现状;开发污水高效、可靠处理及综合回收利用的工艺技术,大幅度提高工业废水及城市污水的回收利用率,是改善环境、解决我国淡水资源短缺的重要途径。

Abstract:
The paper describes the present situation of the shortage of water resources in China. Huge discharge guantity of sewage and the inefficient treatment and recycling of sewage result in the pollution of water areas and aggravate the water crisis. Developing effective and reliable technologies for the treatment and recycling of sewage , thus improving by a big margin the recovery and reutilization of urban industrial and daily life sewage is an essential way to alleviating freshwater shortage and to the improvement of environment.
