| 摘 要： | 构建和谐企业,是构建社会主义和谐社会的经济基础,是企业党组织落实科学发展观、发展生产力、提高执政能力的重要目标。构建和谐企业为党员彰显先进性创造了条件和载体,彰显党员的先进性也为构建和谐企业提供了前提与保障。保持企业党员先进性,必须紧紧围绕构建和谐企业来展开。

| Abstract: | Constructing harmonious enterprises is both the economic base of constructing harmonious socialist society and the important target for which the Party organization of enterprises implements scientific conception of development,develops productivity and increases governing ability.Constructing harmonious enterprises creates conditions and carriers for bringing out the Party members' progressiveness conspicuously.At the same time,the latter offers presupposition and guarantee for the former.Bringing out the Party members' progressiveness conspicuously in enterprises must center around constructing harmonious enterprises. |
