磷酸酯抗燃油应用中存在的问题及对策

磷酸酯抗燃油作为汽轮机调速介质在我国的应用时间相对较短,在使用中出现了油品酸值迅速升高、颜色加深的快速裂化现象。其它指标也常常出现超标现象。由于忽视了油品的溶剂效应,致使错用不合理材料的衬垫、油管等,给工作带来了诸多麻烦甚至事故。文中较详细地叙述了油品在使用中出现的问题及采取的对策,同时,对油品在日常的监测维护工作的一些做法也做了介绍。
