摘    要:基于单片机的多分度号智能温度变送器是为了满足高档次仪表和全性能备品的需要而研制的.在硬件设计中,关键的小信号采样采用了新型模数转换器AD7715和电位提高技术,并使用了自制的恒流源和简易的热偶冷端补偿方法.软件设计采用MCS-51汇编语言,对于繁琐的分度表采用了方便和有效的转存方法,抗干扰也使用了独特的技术.试制中的方法和技巧可以推广到所有小信号采样和温度测量的场合.

Abstract:The intelligent temperature transmitter with multi-type ofthermocouple and RTD based on single-chip computer is developed to satisfy the needs of high-grade instruments and all-round fimction standby unit. In the hardware design, the new type A/D converter AD7715 and potential enhancement are adopted to acquire small key signals, and the self-made constant current source and the simple thermoeouple cold end compensating process are used. The MCS-51 assembly language is used in the software design. A convenient and effective method for transferring the table ofthermoelectromovtive force and RTD resistance value to the memory and the unique techniques restraining interfere are introduced. Manufacturing method and skill in the trial might could be apply to all fields of small signals acquisition and temperature measuring.
