摘    要:利用动载磨损试验机对经过不同处理的铬铸钢试样进行磨损试验,研究变质处理、热处理或者二者共同作用对含铬铸钢磨损性能及组织的影响。实验结果表明:含Cr钢铸态组织未经过变质时,在铸态组织中容易产生网状碳化物,即使在经过热处理也无法全部断开网状组织;而经0.25%稀土硅变质后再经960℃×4h正火,其耐磨性提高了66%。其主要原因在于稀土变质及热处理使含铬铸钢铸态组织中连续网状的共晶碳化物转变为断续状的小块状碳化物所致。

Abstract:The article mainly investigated the effect of RE modification and heat treatment on mechanical properties and structure of Cr cast steel through 960 ℃ ×4 h nomalizing after 0.25% RE modification.The abrasion were raised 66% .The main attribution to properties improvement is that the morphology changes from continuous network to discontinuous particles after being treated with RE modification and heat treatment.
