| 摘 要： | 鉴于当前建筑工程监理现场存在的质量管理问题,本文特从施工进度、施工工序、抽样监测、安全监督、绿色施工几方面阐述建筑工程监理现场的质量管理,进而提高建筑工程整体施工质量,促进建筑工程的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | In view of the quality management problems existing in the current field of engineering construction supervision, the construction schedule, construction process, venter sampling monitoring, safety supervision, several aspects in this paper, the green construction site quality management of project construction supervision, and thus improve the quality of construction projects the overall construction, promote the sustainable development of construction projects. |
